Quinta Amarela

This is a construction project. It will have a plot with a 24-meter frontage, a generous interior area within the block, and a diversified volumetric surrounding. It is envisioned as a collective housing building. At the lower level, there will be a vehicle entrance, facilitating the development of the access ramp to the basement and quick access to the waste disposal area. Patio and ramp areas have been introduced among the constructed areas to create zones for lighting and ventilation. The building will have two distinct heights. The part adjoining the existing construction will be two levels above ground level, culminating in a terrace. However, this volumetric configuration will change in the rest of the building with an additional recessed floor.

On the distribution hall of the Ground Floor, there is access to five housing units, three to the rear and two to the front. The rear-developing housing units, all in a T2 model, are described as having an entrance hall supported by a social sanitary installation, followed by a multifunctional space for a living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry space. This initial space is supported by a patio that intertwines with the bedroom area connected through a corridor that occasionally shares the patio's light. In the bedroom area, two suites are developed, one that shares this patio and the other where the constructed part ends, with another private terrace area for this space.
